2005/02 - The original building which housed the Deutsches Theater was constructed in 1850. The Deutsches Theater dramatic society was founded in 1883 by Adolph L'Arronge. During its association with the world-famous director Max Reinhardt, the Deutsches Theater acquired its reputation as the top theatre in Germany.
